The Fleet Air Arm Museum at Yeovilton has been thrown a lifeline by the government. The future of the National Museum of the Royal Navy – who run the Yeovilton site together with sites in Portsmouth, Gosport, and Hartlepool, had been at risk when all their sites closed to the public because of Coronavirus. Now, the government has provided six-million pounds in emergency funding, allowing for the Fleet Air Arm Museum at Yeovilton to re-open.
